Amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium is an antibacterial combination consisting of the semisynthetic antibiotic amoxicillin and the β-lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium.
To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by bacteria.

Description
Cefoperazone, a 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotic, inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis of actively dividing cells by binding to one or more penicillin binding proteins (PBPs).
Sulbactam is a β-lactamase inhibitor and acts primarily by irreversible inactivation of β-lactamases.

...ENDURES
Composition
Piperacillin 4g + Tazobactam 0.5g
Indications
Nosocomial pneumonia
Community-acquired pneumonia
Intra-abdominal infections
Skin and skin structure infections
Pelvic infections
Description
Piperacillin
- A broad-spectrum, semisynthetic penicillin exerts bactericidal activity by inhibition of both septum and cell-wall synthesis.
- In vitro, piperacillin is active against a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
Tazobactam
- A β-lactamase inhpibitor of the Molecular class A enzymes, including Richmond- Sykes class III (Bush class 2b & 2b') penicillinases and cephalosporinases.
- Tazobactam does not induce chromosomally mediated β-lactamases at tazobactam concentrations achieved with the recommended dosage regimen.
Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
Acute, uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhea
Acute, uncomplicated ano-rectal infections in women
Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections
Description
Cefpodoxime Proxetil is a oral third generation cephalosporin antibiotic with effectiveness against most Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. The bactericidal activity of Cefpodoxime results from its inhibition of cell wall synthesis.
Clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime Proxetil against bacteria.
Composition
Cefixime 200 mg + Ofloxacin 200 mg Tablets
Indications
Typhoid fever
Urinary tract infection
Description
Cefixime is a 3rd generation cephalosporin, the bactericidal action of cefixime results from inhibition of cell wall synthesis. Cefixime is stable in the presence of certain beta-lactamase enzymes. As a result, certain organisms resistant to penicillins and some cephalosporins due to the presence of beta-lactamases may be susceptible to cefixime.
Ofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent which inhibits bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase enzymes required for DNA replication, transcription, repair, transposition and recombination.
