Amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium is an antibacterial combination consisting of the semisynthetic antibiotic amoxicillin and the β-lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium.
To reduce the development of drug-resistant bacteria and maintain the effectiveness of amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium should be used only to treat or prevent infections that are proven or strongly suspected to be caused by bacteria.

GUDRIF
THE SPECIALIST!
Composition
Rifaximin 400mg Tablets
Indications
Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D)
Overt hepatic encephalopathy recurrence in patients ≥18 years of age.
Description
Rifaximin is a semisynthetic, rifamycin-based, non-systemic antibiotic, additional pyridoimidazole ring makes it virtually nonabsorbable, enabling it to achieve a high concentration in the gastrointestinal tract.
It inhibits RNA synthesis by binding to the β-subunit of bacterial DNA-dependent RNA polymerase. It is poorly absorbed and thus has a highly favorable safety profile.
EDVABACT CZ
...ENDURES
Composition
Cefoperazone 1000mg + Sulbactam 500mg Injection
Indications
Respiratory tract infections (upper and lower)
Urinary tract infections (upper and lower)
Intra-abdominal infections
Septicemia
Meningitis
Skin and soft tissue infections
Bone and joint infections
Pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis, gonorrhea, and other infections of the genital tract
Description
Cefoperazone, a 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotic, inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis of actively dividing cells by binding to one or more penicillin binding proteins (PBPs).
Sulbactam is a β-lactamase inhibitor and acts primarily by irreversible inactivation of β-lactamases.
EDVABACT P
...ENDURES
Composition
Piperacillin 4g + Tazobactam 0.5g
Indications
Nosocomial pneumonia
Community-acquired pneumonia
Intra-abdominal infections
Skin and skin structure infections
Pelvic infections
Description
Piperacillin
- A broad-spectrum, semisynthetic penicillin exerts bactericidal activity by inhibition of both septum and cell-wall synthesis.
- In vitro, piperacillin is active against a variety of Gram-positive and Gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
Tazobactam
- A β-lactamase inhpibitor of the Molecular class A enzymes, including Richmond- Sykes class III (Bush class 2b & 2b') penicillinases and cephalosporinases.
- Tazobactam does not induce chromosomally mediated β-lactamases at tazobactam concentrations achieved with the recommended dosage regimen.
Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
Acute, uncomplicated urethral and cervical gonorrhea
Acute, uncomplicated ano-rectal infections in women
Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections
Description
Cefpodoxime Proxetil is a oral third generation cephalosporin antibiotic with effectiveness against most Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria. The bactericidal activity of Cefpodoxime results from its inhibition of cell wall synthesis.
Clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime Proxetil against bacteria.
Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis and secondary bacterial infections of acute bronchitis
Uncomplicated skin and skin-structure infections
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections
Uncomplicated gonorrhea
Early Lyme disease
Description
Cefuroxime Axetil is a second generation semi-synthetic cephalosporin and a beta-lactam antibiotic. Cefuroxime has bactericidal activity against a wide range of common pathogens, including beta-lactamase producing strains. The bactericidal action of Cefuroxime results from inhibition of cell wall synthesis.
Clavulanic acid, a beta-lactamase inhibitor which reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Cefpodoxime Proxetil against bacteria.
Composition
Cefixime 200 mg + Ofloxacin 200 mg Tablets
Indications
Typhoid fever
Urinary tract infection
Description
Cefixime is a 3rd generation cephalosporin, the bactericidal action of cefixime results from inhibition of cell wall synthesis. Cefixime is stable in the presence of certain beta-lactamase enzymes. As a result, certain organisms resistant to penicillins and some cephalosporins due to the presence of beta-lactamases may be susceptible to cefixime.
Ofloxacin is a synthetic fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent which inhibits bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase enzymes required for DNA replication, transcription, repair, transposition and recombination.
